As a first generation college student, I strive to create a unique and inclusive space where everyone can be heard and feel welcomed. My background in Psychology alongside my professional experience, keep me curious and always wanting to create better experiences. I aim to be the voice of the user in product development.
I help organizations have a user-centric approach when creating products and experiences for people. Through my work, I enable organizations to better understand user behavior and limitations of their products while creating unique experiences for their user base.

Usability testing with 19 participants was conducted on a mobile app and findings were presented to stakeholders within the organization.
