Using both qualitative and quantitative methods, I deliver value by uncovering hidden insights to provide support and user understanding needed for teams to create user-centric products. PlayYourCourt
Role: UX Researcher
Worked with a client to formulate a method to better understand the users of their online tennis service. Conducted 20 in-depth interviews to understand what motivates tennis players to seek out community and tennis services online. Used foundational research to provide client with recommendations to help improve the app experience, increase user engagement and expand brand exposure. Findings were used to drive website and app design strategy.

Xbox Games Research
Role: UX Researcher
Worked with a client, a subsidiary of Xbox Games Studios, to understand how players would utilize in-game mechanics for an unreleased title. Used evaluative research to understand how participants would play through the game and progress on the storyline.
A usability was conducted with 8 participants. The research was used to provide the developer team feedback on in-game mechanics. Users were prompted to play through the game and discuss their experiences. Findings were used to increase overall user experience.

University of Southern California
Role: Student UX Researcher
Developed a Usability moderator guide alongside a usability session with 19 participants to understand certain pain points and enhance user experience on the mobile application. Findings and actionable recommendations were then presented to a senior UX Researcher on the HBO team.

Passion Project
Role: UX Researcher
Conducted a usability session with 6 participants to understand grievances within the game's UI systems. I wanted to understand the video game tutorials ease of use and learnability from the users' perspective. The collected data showed common pain points that users faced within the game and their experiences.

University of Southern California
Role: Student UX Researcher
Consulted for a non-profit organization to create a survey design and execute survey amongst 150 alumni from the program. Data collected consists of user experience and whether alumni of the program had optimal experiences using the workshops. Analysis of the data was conducted on SPSS and insights were shared with the head of marketing at the organization.
